A 12-year-old girl was captured by social networks and raped by three men. As a result of the sexual aggressions, she became pregnant and after learning of the case, the authorities decided to terminate her pregnancy.
The director of the Special Force against Violence (FELCV), Miguel Ocampo, informed that the minor was captured through Facebook by three men, under different circumstances. The incident was reported last August 26 and according to the minor, the three men raped her and she became pregnant.
“On August 26, the Special Force against Violence of Villa Serrano received a complaint for the crime of rape. The victim is a 12 year old minor, who in her psychological interview makes known that she had had sexual relations with three different people, on different dates. Due to her age there cannot be consent”, explained the authority in Unitel.

The authority added that the girl said she was contacted through social networks and when the case came to light, she was already two weeks pregnant.
“The Children’s Ombudsman’s Office activated all mechanisms to proceed with the termination of the pregnancy.”
Two of the assailants have been identified and are being held in the Padilla jail. The police are still looking for the third suspect.
