On July 18, 2025, Ipas Bolivia, with the support of the Canadian Embassy in Bolivia, held a workshop with Infórmate Imilla as part of its organizational strengthening process. The activity allowed to review internal agreements, dialogue and continue consolidating the collective leadership that this group of young digital activists in defense of Sexual and Reproductive Rights (SRHR) has been building.

Infórmate Imilla is a collective made up of young digital activists that was born in February of this year as a result of the Digital Leadership Program in Defense of the DSDR promoted by Ipas Bolivia. Since then, the group generates digital content that contributes to making DRRD issues visible in accessible language, from a feminist and community perspective, contextualized for social networks.

During the meeting, fundamental aspects for the sustainability of the group were discussed, such as roles, improvement of internal communication channels and the importance of collective care.

“We have been able to touch on important issues such as our communication, our norms and some agreements. We are improving a lot and we continue to work on it,” shared Elena Batuani Conde, young leader and activist of the “Infórmate Imilla” collective, during the closing of the meeting

From Ipas Bolivia we reaffirm our commitment to the active participation of adolescents and young people in the promotion of their rights, betting on sustainable, safe spaces and with communicational autonomy.
