This March 18, <\/span>Ipas Bolivia and ChildFund Bolivia signed an inter-institutional collaboration agreement aimed at strengthening the protection of vulnerable children, adolescents and youth. The initiative arises in a context marked by the increase of risks such as sexual violence, digital harassment and early unions, problems that demand articulated and urgent responses. <\/p>\n

The main purpose of this alliance is to unite and strengthen the technical capabilities and experience of both organizations to promote comprehensive actions.<\/p>\n

The alliance will be aimed at ensuring that children, adolescents and young people live in safe environments and fully exercise their rights. To this end, political and social advocacy actions will be promoted, based on specialized research on rights violations, as well as the mobilization of resources and communication strategies aimed at raising awareness at the national level. <\/p>\n

This union represents not only an administrative agreement, but a direct change in the country’s protection strategy. Key benefits for the young population include: <\/p>\n

  1. <\/span>Comprehensive prevention: Implementation ofComprehensive<\/span> Sexual Education(ESI)<\/span> programsas a critical tool to prevent abuse.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. <\/span>Safe digital environments: Specific actions to mitigate the risks of online violence.<\/li>\n
  3. <\/span>Eradication of harmful practices: A priority focus on the elimination of Child, Early and Forced Marriages and Unions (MUITF), which truncate the development of thousands of Bolivian girls.<\/li>\n
  4. Youth protagonism: The participation of children, adolescents and young people will be encouraged, recognizing them not only as beneficiaries, but also as actors of change capable of transforming their own communities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    En fecha 18 de marzo de 2026,\u00a0 <\/span>Ipas Bolivia y ChildFund Bolivia suscribieron un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n interinstitucional orientado a fortalecer la protecci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y j\u00f3venes (NNAJ) en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad. La iniciativa surge en un contexto marcado por el incremento de riesgos como la violencia sexual, el acoso digital y las uniones tempranas, problem\u00e1ticas que demandan respuestas articuladas y urgentes.<\/p>

    Esta alianza tiene como prop\u00f3sito fundamental unir y fortalecer las capacidades t\u00e9cnicas y la experiencia de ambas organizaciones para promover acciones integrales.<\/p>

    La alianza se orientar\u00e1 a garantizar que las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y j\u00f3venes vivan en entornos seguros y ejerzan plenamente sus derechos. Para ello, se impulsar\u00e1n acciones de incidencia pol\u00edtica y social, sustentadas en investigaciones especializadas sobre vulneraciones de derechos, as\u00ed como en la movilizaci\u00f3n de recursos y estrategias de comunicaci\u00f3n dirigidas a la sensibilizaci\u00f3n a nivel nacional.<\/p>

    Esta uni\u00f3n no solo representa un acuerdo administrativo, sino un cambio directo en la estrategia de protecci\u00f3n en el pa\u00eds. Los beneficios clave para la poblaci\u00f3n joven incluyen:<\/p>

    1. \u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Prevenci\u00f3n integral: Implementaci\u00f3n de programas de educaci\u00f3n sexual<\/li>
    2. integral como herramienta cr\u00edtica para prevenir abusos.<\/li>
    3. \u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Entornos digitales seguros: Acciones espec\u00edficas para mitigar los riesgos de la violencia en l\u00ednea.<\/li>
    4. \u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Erradicaci\u00f3n de pr\u00e1cticas nocivas: Un enfoque prioritario en la eliminaci\u00f3n de los Matrimonios y Uniones Infantiles, Tempranas Y Forzadas (MUITF), que truncan el desarrollo de miles de ni\u00f1as bolivianas.<\/li>
    5. \u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Protagonismo juvenil: Se fomentar\u00e1 la participaci\u00f3n de los\/as NNAJ, reconoci\u00e9ndolos no solo como beneficiarios\/as, sino como actores de cambio capaces de transformar sus propias comunidades.<\/li><\/ol>

      \u201cEste acuerdo no es solo un acto formal, sino una decisi\u00f3n consciente de sumar esfuerzos para generar cambios reales y sostenibles. La protecci\u00f3n de la ni\u00f1ez no puede esperar\u201d, destac\u00f3 la directora de Pa\u00eds, Ximena Loza, durante el acto de firma.<\/p>

      Por su parte, la directora de Ipas Bolivia, Malena Morales, junto a representantes de ChildFund, reafirmaron que la prevenci\u00f3n requiere incidir en pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que transformen las condiciones estructurales que perpet\u00faan la violencia.<\/p>
