The minister referred to the recent incidents of sexual violence that occurred in the departments of Potos\u00ed, La Paz and Santa Cruz.<\/p>\n
The last case that shocked the country is the rape of a 10 year old student in the municipality of Unc\u00eda, Potos\u00ed. The minor became pregnant and the aggressor is the principal of her educational unit. <\/p>\n
What also outraged the population and human rights institutions about this case is that teachers in that region mobilized in favor of the accused.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere cannot be a colleague who sponsors this type of facts, there cannot be colleagues who cover up this type of facts, nor the parents. Let’s denounce, we have to protect the students,\u201d the minister reproached.<\/p>\n
